I had the pleasure of partaking in Chef Sean's summer rooftop kitchen and cocktails event last year. His flavor combinations and unique twists on classic dishes were amazing. He put on a classy event that was very summer chic with . The food was delicious. As a foodie, i can appreciate any chef that loves bacon as much as i do.
