Shout out to washing dishes and cleaning sinks, 

shout out to 80 hour weeks, 

shout out that a-hole chef like 15 years ago that taught me so much about whats good and whats not great in food and in management, 

shout out to writing 300 item menus from scratch every week,

shout to every city I've lived in on my journey (10 of them in 20 years),

shout out to working open to close 10 days in a row, 

shout out to hitting bonus, 

shout out to GOD for my strength, 

shout out to my mama for picking me up from the kitchen at 2 am back in the day, 

shout out to all the women i didnt marry, 

shout out to the one who stayed, 

shout out to the cooks, chefs, tv hosts, celebrities and people in general who eat my food, shout out to carolina, dc and cali, 

shout out to a boy who become a man, 

shout out to the future, 

shout out to being alive and being free spiritually, mentally and physically, 

shout out to growth, 

shout out to being in my grandmas garden to leading meetings in corporate boardrooms, shout out to being a business owner, 

shout out to respecting the craft,
